Application Checklists: Before submitting your application, use the corresponding checklist to review the entire package and ensure the information is complete. This will greatly speed processing time and help us to reserve funds and issue rebate checks in a timely manner.
Prescriptive Measures: Customers can choose from a prescriptive list of typical energy efficiency measures with fixed rebate levels for retrofit or new construction projects. The measures range from lighting and HVAC to motors and refrigeration.
Schools: Please download and complete the Supplemental Form for Schools [Excel, 159 KB]
Custom Measures If you have a project that produces verifiable energy savings, but doesn’t fit the prescriptive list, you may qualify for a custom incentive. Custom measures are funded at $0.11/ annual kWh savings.
Whole Building Incentive If you design and construct a highly efficient building, you may qualify for the whole building “design“ and “construction“ incentive. The incentive begins at $0.14 per annual kWh saved for building designed and constructed to perform at least 10% more efficient than AHRAE 90.1-2007, increasing by $0.02 for every two percentage points above the initial 10% (capped at $0.38).
Energy Studies: Take a Closer Look Energy Study incentives provide partial reimbursement of feasibility studies, design assistance, commissioning and retro-commissioning services. Customers can apply for up to 50% of the qualifying study cost up to $10,000 per study ($20,000 for retro-commissioning).
Energy Information Services: Measure and Manage Energy Information Services (EIS) provide a quick-read summary of all the information you need to manage your energy budget. Customers can apply for an incentive of 75% of the cost of the installation of a new meter and setup fees, up to a maximum of $12,000 per year.
